Bear cub returns to woods after getting head stuck in plastic jar

MARYLAND -- A black bear cub has returned to the woods after getting his head stuck in a plastic jar.

The Maryland Department of Natural Resources say it took crews three days to track down the 100-pound cub.

Workers then safely tranquilized it, and removed the jar.

It is not clear exactly how the jar got stuck on the bear's head, but the bear appeared to be fine.
