Sonoma State students face challenge finding affordable housing

ROHNERT PARK, Calif. (KGO) -- There's an intensifying challenge for students going to Sonoma State University, a shortage of affordable housing.

The average rental in Rohnert Park is $1,600. College students are finding themselves priced out, and realtors don't see the market cooling down any time soon. Watch the video above for Elissa Harrington's full report.
