Orlando shooting hero saves life of wounded Pulse bartender
ORLANDO, Fla. -- Joshua McGill is being hailed as a hero after he saved the life of a Pulse Nightclub bartender during the mass shooting. He fled the bar and came across bartender Rodney Sumter, who'd been shot three times.
"So that's when I noticed he had been shot once in each arm. I took it upon myself to let him know that I'm going to try to stop the bleeding. I took my shirt off, tied it around his first initial gunshot wound on his left arm. I took his shirt off, tied it around his other arm where the other gunshot wound was," he said.
The bartender had also been shot in the back.

McGill stayed with Sumter until they arrived at the hospital.
He's been keeping in touch with Sumter's family and they say he is expected to survive.
