Ballot measure to protect SF Bay not popular in North and East Bay
Next month, voters in all nine Bay Area counties are being asked to approve a $12 parcel tax to improve and protect the San Francisco Bay. However, opponents of Measure AA believe there's little benefit for North and East Bay taxpayers.
