Richmond Chevron refinery spill dumped 600 gallons of oil into SF Bay, official says
CHEVRON OIL SPILL: A county official says close to 600 gallons flowed into the Bay. He also says "petroleum washed ashore along South Richmond shoreline which will harm wildlife and marine life."
