Man shot, killed by his in-laws in Dublin, police say
DUBLIN, Calif. (KGO) -- Police are investigating a shooting after a man was shot and killed by his in-laws in Dublin this weekend.
It happened Saturday around 3 p.m. at the Dublin Sports Grounds parking lot located at 6700 Dublin Boulevard.

Police say a Dublin Police Services (DPS) sergeant was driving when he saw a man lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim has been identified as Jonathan McKinsey, 40, of Dublin. He was pronounced dead at the scene

With help from witnesses, within minutes, DPS officers located and detained his in-laws who were nearby, police said. They are in custody at Santa Rita Jail.
A motive remains unclear.
