3 men dead after car plunges off cliff near Hwy 9 in Saratoga, firefighters say

SARATOGA, Calif. (KGO) -- Three men are dead after a car plunged off a cliff near Highway 9 in Saratoga Monday night, fire officials said.

Firefighters say the call came in just after 9:30 p.m. to reports of a car plunging 300 feet off of a cliff near the highway.

First responders were able to reach the victims within the last half hour.

Highway 9 is blocked off in both directions.
