Hillyard is considered at-risk due to an undisclosed medical condition.

"She went for a walk, and that's all we know," longtime family friend Susan Eandi said. "And she may have been a little disoriented. You saw that she has a medical condition, so there is some urgency and concern for that reason. and what we're doing as a community and law enforcement is looking for Amy and looking to bring her home."

Authorities are asking people to familiarize themselves with Hillyard's face and to check doorbell cameras for any possible sightings.

Hillyard is described as being 5'4" and about 120 pounds, with blonde hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans, and white sneakers with a black stripe.
