SAN DIEGO -- From your favorite stars, to creators to even puppets, you never know who you may run into at San Diego Comic-Con, and for On The Red Carpet, it was all three!

During an interview with "Big City Greens" creators (and brothers) Chris and Shane Houghton, puppet Cricket Green joined the conversation, where the three of them discussed big dreams, the creation of the show and even guest star Mark Hamill.

"Have you ever interviewed a little farm boy puppet before?" Chris voiced. (He voices Cricket in the Disney series too.)

"I have not, but I hear that it has been your dream, Cricket Green, to be on On The Red Carpet," said entertainment guru George Pennacchio.

Cricket responded, "Well, you know, if we could make it a green carpet, it'd be even better. But yes, I have many dreams, many big ideas, and uh, if you could just give me this mic and this camera for about five minutes, I'll just have the people wrapped around my finger!"

In "Big City Greens," Cricket is the mischievous troublemaker in the Green family, who, together, moved from their countryside home to the big city.

The series is just rounding off its fourth season, with Mark Hamill guest starring (for the second time) in the story "Rehashed History," where he plays Dr. Ponderstein.

Shane described Hamill's role as "a sadistic, lunatic museum worker. He's a professor. He works in a museum, and he really is passionate about educating children to the point that he kind of does 'Clockwork Orange'-style, like peel-the-eyelids-open and force Cricket to learn something."

This story is part of a batch of new episodes available now on Disney+.

After four seasons on air (and having just celebrated its milestone 100th episode a few months ago), the brothers reflected on the journey it took to get where they are today.

"When we started, we'd been in production for nine years. When we started, the goal was, 'Can we make a TV show?' We had never - we had worked on other shows - but we had never run a show by ourselves. And we did it for a couple of years, and then the show came out, and it turns out it was a hit. That's how good it is. And then we realized, 'Well, how do you keep a show going and keep it a hit for as long as you can?' That became our new challenge. So we're constantly setting a bar for ourselves, meeting it, and then going, 'Oh my gosh, what's next? What do we do?' And we're always just pushing things to make it funnier, more charming. We're trying to reach larger and larger audiences. It's been great. It's an awesome challenge," explained Chris.

"You asked if we're happy doing this. It's like, we're at work right now," Shane said as he looked around the venue. "This is the best job one could have!"

On a final note, Chris shared the following sentiment.

"If you want joy in your life, add puppets."

Seasons 1-4 of "Big City Greens" are available now on Disney+ and Disney Channel. Season five is currently in production.

The Walt Disney Company is the parent company of Disney+, Disney Channel and this ABC station.
