SAN ANSLEMO, Calif. -- A bomb threat Wednesday at Archie Williams High School in San Anselmo has prompted classes to be canceled for the day, according to the Central Marin Police Authority.

Police issued an alert shortly after 9:30 a.m. about the threat at the campus at 1327 Sir Francis Drake Blvd. and said school administrators decided to cancel classes for the remainder of the day out of an abundance of caution.

A reunification site has been set up at the Red Hill Shopping Center down the street on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard, and police said they are "conducting a systematic search of the campus," though investigators believe the threat is not credible.

The Central Marin Police Authority serves San Anselmo, Corte Madera, Larkspur and portions of Greenbrae.
