LAKE TAHOE, Calif. (KGO) -- Diners in Tahoe city had their party crashed by an unannounced furry guest who was probably just looking for a hangout.
A bear showed up at the Sunnyside Restaurant and Lodge Saturday night to the surprise of patrons.
The bear strolled around the side of the lodge and made its way along the Lake Tahoe shore before heading back into the woods.

Its presence "bear-ly" made an impression on the festivities.
ABC7 News Reporter Dustin Dorsey captured exclusive video of the party bear's return to the lodge on Sunday evening.
No word from Dustin on whether they shared dinner that night. The bear was very close to people though -- likely something officials will be looking at.
