CHP investigating Oakland freeway shooting on I-80 to I-880 connector ramp

OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- The California Highway Patrol has confirmed a freeway shooting in Oakland Friday morning.

The incident happened on the connector ramp from eastbound I-80 to southbound I-880. The connector ramp was shut down for several hours but has since reopened.

Video shows emergency crews and highway patrol at the scene, and they appear to be investigating a car on the freeway.
