District wants new elementary school in San Francisco's Mission Bay

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Mission Bay near AT&T Park is a 300-acre neighborhood, which serves as UCSF's research campus and is home to many biotech companies. But despite many families moving in, there weren't any schools there. That is, until now. The district wants to build a new elementary school.
