CHICAGO -- Ford is recalling more than 100,000 vehicles because of faulty door trims.
The recall affects Taurus models from 2016 to 2019.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says the trims of the front door may come off while driving, though Ford estimates only about 1% of vehicles are actually at risk.
So far, there have been no reports of crashes or injuries.
Ford days dealers will inspect cars and replace the trim free of charge.
