SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Groundworks is a specialized company, focusing on four main areas: they address settlement on the foundation, crawl spaces -- whether that's moisture or sagging floors -- waterproofing of basements, and they lift any sort of settled concrete, whether that be a tripping hazard, what have you. That's all Groundworks does.

Cody Wellner, Ascending Sales Manager at Groundworks, says, "We are truly a specialized company. We only focus at what we're good at. "We've learned the hard way that if you don't work for our company, you're not going to put the same level of care into the project, and that's not fair to our customers. So everybody you work with will be a Groundworks employee," Wellner says.
