"The Punisher: One Last Kill" brings Jon Bernthal's Frank Castle back to screens for the Marvel TV Special Presentation on Disney+

Everyone's favorite vigilante is back and ready for vengeance.
Jon Bernthal's Punisher is getting pulled back into the fight in the Marvel Television special "The Punisher: One Last Kill," premiering May 12 on Disney+. This comes just before "Spider-Man: Brand New Day," which will mark the Punisher's first film appearance in the MCU, in July.
Disney released the new trailer for "One Last Kill" on Thursday, revealing a Frank Castle who has seen better days. He's hallucinating figures from his past and is haunted by the loss of his daughter. And as is customary for Frank, he sets out on a path full of brutal beatdowns and bloody combat, while he "searches for meaning beyond revenge" (as the synopsis puts it).
In addition to starring as the titular role, Bernthal also serves as a writer and executive producer.
"A Marvel Television Special Presentation: The Punisher: One Last Kill" is directed by Reinaldo Marcus Green from a script co-written by Bernthal and Green.
The special episode debuts May 12 at 6pm PT, exclusively on Disney+.
The Walt Disney Company is the parent company of Marvel Television, Disney+ and this ABC station.
