SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- The man accused of killing an Ingleside resident in San Francisco during a burglary has been charged with one count of murder, with a special circumstance allegation, as well as one count of first-degree residential burglary.
Cameras weren't allowed to film inside, but ABC7 News was at San Francisco's Hall of Justice Wednesday where he was scheduled to be arraigned three days after the homicide.
That arraignment was ultimately delayed - but the suspect remains in custody without bail due to the risk the court believes he poses to public safety.

The victim's family declining to speak with the media following the proceedings.
Earlier in the day, District Attorney Brooke Jenkins saying her office is in contact with the victim's loved ones.
"Our heart breaks for this family. For the roommate, the other tenant that lived there and for the neighborhood and for our city. We are here for them," said Jenkins.
The incident took place on Sunday on Granada Avenue.

According to prosecutors, the victim's roommate came home to find her home being burglarized.
She immediately went back to her car and called the police.
When police arrived, they found the victim in a bedroom.
She died shortly after from her injuries.
Investigators say the suspect had fled the scene, but was caught later the same day.
The attack has shocked the normally quiet Ingleside neighborhood.
Jenkins says her office is determined to provide both the city and the victim's family with justice.
"And so that's the road we're on now is to make sure that this man is held accountable for what he did and that he's not able to victimize anyone else ever again," she said.
The suspect and victim have not been identified.
The suspect is expected to be back in court on December 2.
