SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- You may get a chance to see the northern lights in the Bay Area skies Monday night!
Experts say the auroras - or northern lights - might be seen as far south as Northern California.
This is what it looked like from the Bay Area a few years ago.
The storm could also impact power systems, spacecraft operations, radio frequencies, and satellite navigation.
Whether you will be able to actually see the lights can depend on several factors - including timing and clouds.
