Person shot near SF's Parkmerced Shopping Center, police say

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- A person was shot near the Parkmerced Shopping Center, about a mile away from Stonestown Galleria authorities said.

San Francisco police responded to a report of a shooting just before noon at Cambon and Cardenas streets.

When officers arrived, they found the victim shot.

They were taken to a local hospital.

The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries and is expected to be okay.

No arrests have been made.
