Forward progress stopped on vegetation fire burning in Napa Co., CAL FIRE says

NAPA COUNTY, Calif. -- A vegetation fire burning in a rural area of Napa County was at 50 acres and 30% containment Wednesday night, according to Cal Fire.
The Steele Fire started at about 10 a.m. in the 9400 block of Steele Canyon Road and was at about 45 acres by Wednesday afternoon, according to Cal Fire officials.
The fire is burning in steep terrain south of Lake Berryessa.
Evacuation warnings were issued at about noon and then lifted at about 1 p.m. for a zone east of Steele Canyon Road, west of Wragg Canyon Road and north of State Highway 128.
People are being asked to use caution when traveling in the area.
More than 175 fire personnel are currently on scene, Cal Fire said.
