Hulu released the trailer for "Swipe Right on the Devil," a new docuseries about a 2017 murder in Nebraska involving an online date and mysterious sorcery.

The official description for the docu-series is as follows: "When 24-year-old Sydney Loofe disappears after a Tinder date, what begins as a missing-person case quickly spirals into a haunting mystery. As investigators race to uncover her whereabouts, they are drawn into an astounding world of manipulation, witchcraft, mind control and black magic. Each new lead uncovers disturbing revelations, exposing behavior that shocks even seasoned FBI agents. With every answer raising new questions, Sydney's story becomes a cautionary tale about trust, vulnerability and the hidden dangers that can lurk behind seemingly ordinary encounters, culminating in a chilling case that remains as perplexing as it is unforgettable."

The trailer, seen in the video player above, details how four girls met a couple via Tinder. The male told them he knew witchcraft and needed one more woman to "complete his coven."

What did they need to do to become part of this man's inner circle? "I would have had to kill somebody and take their soul."

One detective says, "I can say I've never had a case like this."

All three episodes of "Swipe Right on the Devil" stream October 22 on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+.

The Walt Disney Company is the parent company of Hulu and this ABC station.
