DAVIS, Calif. (KGO) -- The 2011 UC Davis pepper spray incident is posing problems again for the university.

Seven state lawmakers are now calling for the resignation of Chancellor Linda Katehi. The demand follows a report saying the university paid image consultants $175,000 to try to clean up the online image of the school and Katehi.

University officials say the school was trying to ensure the incident where campus police pepper-sprayed student protesters was fairly portrayed online.
