7 On Your Side helps woman recover money from puppy scam

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Seven on Your Side uncovered a growing scam targeting pet lovers everywhere involving con artists selling puppies they don't really have.

But, following our reports there's a ray of hope.
