Investigation at Philadelphia home connected to missing women enters new phase
PHILADELPHIA -- The missing women investigation in Philadelphia will be ramping up Monday, as the Horsch house investigation is expected to enter a new phase.
Another extensive search began Monday as authorities returned to the Olney home of Eugene Horsch and his late father, R.C. Horsch, with a search warrant.
This comes as detectives, with the help of the FBI, continue to comb through videos and images, with areas of the home they want to revisit.

Hard drives have already been found at the home, packed with more than 1 million digital files.
R.C. Horsch was known for making violent pornography, so investigators are trying to figure out what was staged and what was real.
Neighbors have already dealt with a 24/7 police presence since the investigation began in June after the arrest of Eugene Horsch outside Philadelphia's Independence Mall.
Since then, seven missing women have been linked to the investigation.

Now, police are warning residents near the home about more disruptions to their daily routine, including the sounds of heavy machinery at the property.
"There's going to be some level of machinery involved, crew of federal and local officers and they're going to be out here every single day until they uncover all of the evidence possible," said Anthony Phillips, with Philadelphia City Council.
Officials say activity at the house could last until mid-October.
Philadelphia police have already stated they've watched the apparent strangulation of one woman. However, no bodies or human remains have been found.
Previous searches uncovered findings, including a home laboratory. Chemicals were removed from the home, as well as a segment of underground pipe was excavated.
"People have been saying for a while that something's not right," said neighbor Jennifer Hart. "They said we could call, but calls have been made for years, so I'm not really satisfied."
