CHP uses high-tech airplane to catch several rogue bikers on Bay Bridge
California Highway Patrol officers say the agency tracked a group of more than 30 ATV, dirt bikes and motorcycles over the Oakland-San Francisco Bay Bridge and discovered that they were harassing other drivers. The CHP is using sophisticated tactics to keep these incidents at bay and find ways to prevent them from happening in the future.
