1 victim in 'suspicious' San Rafael apartment fire ID'd by coroner
Crews on Sunday found the remains of a second person at the site of a deadly apartment building fire in San Rafael that is being called suspicious. One of the victims has been identified as Tracey Lee Lowmiller, 62, of San Rafael.
