Morristown, NJ -- At The Madison Hotel in Morristown, NJ you can dine as if you stepped back in time. The hotels restaurant, Rods Steak and Seafood Grille, features authentic train parlor cars on where guests can dine, making it a unique spot for a date or night out.

The property originally began as a log cabin which was later transformed into a restaurant. Around the late 50s, the original owners brought in and renovated the train cars for dining. The spot was so popular that there was a need to for lodging, resulting in The Madison Hotel.

The historic charms of the parlor cars extend into the main dining room with local art adorning the walls and one of the largest wooden chandelier hanging from the ceiling.

This year the restaurant celebrates its 75th year. While its still a popular dining site, the hotel is also popular spot to host weddings, showers and other big moments.
