Philadelphia, Pennsylvania -- Local videographer, Dan Horan is always looking for ways to get the public to engage.

He started his social experiment journey with simply a table for conversation, moved to a whiteboard for engagement and finally landed on a phone.

Horan says the public overwhelmingly took to the idea. He now considers himself a phone operator in a way.

The Philly Phone Project started up a few months ago, and the idea has exploded on a level Dan didn't think possible.

He wanted to give anyone and everyone a platform to say literally, anything they want.

This is a no-strings-attached, no-charge social experiment.

He posts every single session to his Instagram under Realfallrisk and has garnered millions of views.

The part he really loves is the outpouring of encouragement that his viewers post on the videos.

Everyday he posts the location of the phone and the times it will be set up.

So far, he has made it all the way down to Florida with the project and hopes he can take it across the country in the future.
