AccuWeather Forecast: Cloud cover moves in to region
ABC7 Eyewitness News Meteorologist Delaney White has your AccuWeather forecast.

Takeaway of the Day
There is a slight chance of showers for areas of the South Bay tonight as tropical moisture moves in. Temperatures will cool overnight tonight as cloud cover moves into the region.

A Look Ahead
A Red Flag Warning goes into effect for the Salinas and Carmel Valleys, Monterey Bay, Hollister Area, the Big Sur Coast and Santa Cruz Mountains tomorrow from 5 a.m. to 3 p.m. As tropical moisture moves into the area there is a chance of thunderstorms and lightening strikes that could lead to fire ignition. Due to low relative humidity and strong winds, if a fire ignites it could spread rapidly. Temperatures will cool tomorrow. There is a slight chance of showers throughout the day.
