All lanes reopened after landslide cleared at eastbound CA-84 in San Mateo Co., CHP says

SAN MATEO COUNTY (KGO) -- California Highway Patrol said all lanes have reopened Friday after a "Severe Traffic Alert and Landslide" alert on eastbound CA-84 west of CA-35 in San Mateo County temporarily had roads closed.

The incident happened just after 3 p.m. and drivers were initially encouraged to seek alternative routes. CHP says the roadway has since been cleared.
