Police arrest third suspect in deadly Oakland Starbucks laptop theft, officials say

The Oakland Police Department arrested a third suspect in the fatal Oakland Starbucks laptop theft that killed 34-year-old Shuo Zeng. Two suspects arrested in the case were identified as 22-year-old Byron Reed and 21-year-old Javon Eugene Lee. The third suspect has not been identified yet.
