'American Horror Story: 13' premiere held in New York City

NEW YORK CITY -- Horror fans, get ready for lucky number 13.

The New York City premiere of "American Horror Story: 13" took place Wednesday night.

Some fan-favorite characters are back, with the big-name stars who made them famous.

"Well we're all back, that's the biggest flex I can imagine. You've got people who haven't been on the show in a while, and it's very very special," said series star Sarah Paulson.

"This season I did my four original characters, and then threw one in sort of as extra," said series mainstay Jessica Lange.

"American Horror Story: 13" premieres Thursday at 9 p.m. on FX and Hulu.
