

LOS ANGELES -- "Dancing with the Stars" aimed to make sure everyone in the country knows what the phrase "Yacht Rock" is in the music world.
The theme for this week focused on "soft rock" classics from the 70s and 80s. A total of 13 couples remained at the start of the competition, with one pair being sent home at the end of the night.
Here's a rundown of the judges scores from round three, from highest to lowest:
Amber Glenn and partner Pasha Pashkov perform a Foxtrot to "Hold the Line" by Toto
Derek Hough said their dance would be hard to beat! Bruno Tonioli said it was excellent, and Carrie Ann Inaba said she saw growth, and that's the point of the competition.

Harry Shum Jr. and partner Jenna Johnson perform a Jive to "You Make My Dreams (Come True)" by Daryl Hall & John Oates
Bruno loved the theatrics, very Broadway-esque, but was balanced just right.

Maura Higgins and partner Mark Ballas will perform a Quickstep to "Turn Your Love Around" by George Benson
Derek said it was a quickstep master class in elegance, clean and classic. Bruno said Maura was a combination of Audrey Hepburn and Ginger Rogers.

The judges praised the choreography, presence, poise and quality of movement.

Derek told her this was her best dance yet, and thought she came alive, and this was a breakthrough.

Bruno called the routine a sizzling, tropical treat; Carrie Ann told her to relax and trust the process a bit more and not push so hard.

Derek said he loves Connor is improving every week, but wants him to work on technique, and also said he wants him to go from "nice man" to "leading man."

Bruno said Julia had awakened the "Spice Girl" within - no errors and having fun. Carrie Ann applauded her for giving herself permission to "let go."

Bruno had three words: "hot, hot hot!" He said if you've got it, flaunt it! But reminded her she needs to believe in herself on the dance floor.

Taylor Hanson and partner Britt Stewart will perform a Foxtrot to "What a Fool Believes" by The Doobie Brothers
Carrie Ann told Taylor he's very easy to watch and has a lyrical movement. She asked to find a little more strength in his movements, but said he's on the right track.

Carrie Ann loved the intensity and the improvement she's seeing but wants him to think about dancing "to" the music.
