

OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- At least one person was injured after a crash shut down several lanes of eastbound Highway 24 before the Caldecott Tunnel on Monday, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash happened around 2:15 p.m. near the Tunnel Road exit and involved at least two vehicles.
SKY7 was over the scene which showed a junk truck with a smashed front end and windshield next to another work truck.
An ABC7 Eyewitness News photographer was able to capture the moment a man was loaded into an ambulance with what appeared to be lower leg injuries.
CHP has not released details on the man's condition nor what may have caused this accident.
Authorities are warning drivers to take alternate routes as they work to clear the crash.
