BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. -- The FBI served a search warrant at a mansion in Beverly Hills Tuesday morning, reportedly in connection with an investigation into former Rep. Eric Swalwell.
The law enforcement activity unfolded on Roxbury Drive near Benedict Canyon Drive around 7 a.m.

The FBI confirmed the search but says the court documents are sealed. Our sister station KABC-TV in Los Angeles has learned it is related to an investigation into Swalwell but additional details about what the search entails were not available.
They also confirmed the home where the warrant was executed belongs to billionaire and former California gubernatorial candidate Stephen Cloobeck.
Earlier this year, Swalwell ended his campaign for California governor and resigned from Congress after multiple women accused him of sexual assault. He has denied those allegations.
Swalwell had been staying with Cloobeck at some point earlier this year, but Cloobeck said he kicked him out following the allegations.
Cloobeck was a former supporter of Swalwell.
