Olympian David Hearn indicted for alleged vandalism of Reflecting Pool

WASHINGTON -- Three-time U.S. OlympianDavid Hearn has been indicted in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia for allegedly "maliciously" destroying lining at the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool.
