Walker Scobell and the cast bring "Percy Jackson" season 2 trailer and season 3 casting announcements to SDCC

LOS ANGELES -- Camp Half-Blood took over San Diego Comic-Con and a new trailer awaits for Percy Jackson fans!
Series stars Walker Scobell (Percy), Leah Sava Jeffries (Annabeth), Aryan Simhadri (Grover), Charlie Bushnell (Luke), Dior Goodjohn (Clarisse) and Daniel Diemer (Tyson) joined executive producers Jonathan E. Steinberg, Dan Shotz and Craig Silverstein for a panel in Hall H moderated by cast member and comedian Timothy Simons (Tantalus).
Fans were treated to an exclusive sneak peek of season two, including a brand-new teaser showcasing Percy's cyclops half-brother, Tyson.
A surprise video message from author and executive producer Rick Riordan followed, confirming that the second season, based on "The Sea of Monsters," will premiere December 10, 2025, exclusively on Disney+.
Next season, Percy Jackson sets sail on an epic adventure into the Sea of Monsters to find his best friend Grover and the legendary Golden Fleece that could save Camp Half-Blood.
Riordan also revealed exciting casting news for season three, announcing that Nico and Bianca di Angelo, the children of Hades, will be joining the series.
Levi Chrisopulos will play Nico as a series regular, while Olive Abercrombie will portray Bianca in a recurring role. Production on the third season is expected to begin soon.

The cast stopped by to talk with On The Red Carpet about the upcoming seasons.
Simhadri stating, "I think people can expect a bigger show- I think a much more 'real' feeling show. I think everything feels a lot more visceral, feels a lot more, just like, intense."
Returning for season two are Walker Scobell, Leah Jeffries, Aryan Simhadri, Charlie Bushnell, Dior Goodjohn and Daniel Diemer, as the story dives deeper into the world of gods, monsters and prophecies.
"Percy Jackson and the Olympians" season two premieres December 10 on Disney+.
