7 On Your Side helps Redwood City man exchange Apple gift card

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. (KGO) -- 7 On Your Side's Michael Finney helps a Redwood City man exchange an Apple gift card after the company said it wouldn't grant his request.

He accidentally purchased an iTunes gift card for $500 as a gift for someone, but meant to buy an Apple gift card for an iPad, instead.
