
SAN LEANDRO, Calif. (KGO) -- A Bay Area brewery closing its operations after more than two decades.
21st Amendment Brewery will be winding down operations over the next two months at its San Leandro production facility, according to Brewbound Magazine.
The cofounders tell the publication they plan to end operations completely by the first week of November.

They also say that the brewery cannot get funding from their lender because of its "cash bleed."
Their sales have dropped by about 20% every year since 2021.
