'Wild Horse Nine': Steve Buscemi teases if fans should 'root' for characters in new political movie
Sam Rockwell, John Malkovich, Parker Posey and more star in director Martin McDonagh's new film.
"I've been lucky enough to have worked with Martin three times. He's one of the best directors of his generation." Searchlight Pictures offers a behind-the-scenes look at the making of director Martin McDonagh's new political comedy, "Wild Horse Nine."
In the featurette above, McDonagh explains, "'Wild Horse Nine' is a film about two friends who work for the CIA in 1973, and they take a side trip to Easter Island."
"In Martin's films, it's the characters that I find really compelling. Should you be rooting for them?," Steve Buscemi, who stars as MJ in the drama, said.
Sam Rockwell (Lee) shares, "I've been lucky enough to have worked with Martin three times. He's one of the best directors of his generation."
"Wild Horse Nine" co-star Parker Posey (Margie) echoed those sentiments about McDonagh, "Watching him create a world to make it come to life and make something that will last is really, really fun."
