Athletics outfielder Zack Gelof has sued the Tigers, Ilitch Holdings and the Detroit-Wayne County Stadium Authority for damages caused by a metal fence at Comerica Park.
Athletics second baseman Zack Gelof is scheduled for surgery on his right hand Monday and will begin the season on the injured list.
