Antioch police launches Flock camera portal allowing public access
The Antioch Police Department is taking another step towards in becoming more transparent. It comes partly in response to the racist texting scandal. And the civilian police oversight commission is praising the department for taking this step. "We have nothing to hide. We want our community to see that," says Lt. Whitaker.
