A long-awaited infrastructure project along Highway 140 is moving forward as crews begin work on a rock shed designed to improve access to Yosemite National Park.
The ground is still shaking following the magnitude 6.0 earthquake that hit south of Lake Tahoe Thursday afternoon -- at least 340 small aftershocks have been recorded by USGS in California and Nevada.
