More bad news for Tracy Morgan.

The comedian's lawyer Benedict Morelli addressed whether the comedian's career may be over. "The jury's still out . . . the doctors don't know the answer. I don't know the answer," Morelli told Page Six.

Morgan is still in rehab and wheelchair bound. The comedian is undergoing physical and speech therapy, but is still confined to a wheelchair. Morgan recently rebuffed Walmart's accusations that he was responsible for his injuries as he was not wearing a seat belt. The Walmart driver in question, Kevin Roper, was driving 65 mph in a 45 mph zone, and was suspected to have been sleep deprived at the time of the accident.
