SoCal woman plagued by toll violations sent to wrong plate
A Southern California driver says she was cited seven times after a contractor for the Bay Area Toll Authority misidentified her license plate. The woman was appalled when FasTrak customer service suggested she change her car's license plate to avoid being confused by cameras. "Well, that doesn't seem right. Why should I have to go do this?" she said.
