Humpback whale spotted 'lobtailing' off CA coast
Humpback whales were spotted swimming off the coast of Pacifica, hitting the water with their tails. Experts say "lobtailing" is done to make feeding easier by creating a loud noise that scares the fish, causing them to pool tightly together
